Look, life today isn’t easy or simple…
That’s especially true with our 24/7 connectedness
to, well, all the things, all the time, thanks to our smartphones, social media and endless upsetting news cycles. If you’re a young adult, your days can feel totally overwhelming, with barely any time to breathe or slow down or even process what’s happening.
Ignite Your Path! is a transformative five-session life coaching experience designed to help young adults aged 18 to 30 navigate the complicated transitions you experience during college, work, relocating, entering or exiting relationships, and more so you can empower yourself to ride out these years with the ease of a veteran break dancer windmilling and head spinning.
Does any of this sound familiar?
… You don’t even know how much you’ve borrowed in student loans as you approach graduation and don’t have a plan to start repaying it. “I’m not even trying to think about it right now,” you keep saying to your roommates, as you reach for a bag of chips.
… When you arrived at college, you felt like “you knew who you were,” whatever that actually means. Now that you’ve got four years of higher education under your belt, you feel changed in lots of ways that are hard to explain. You’ve even looked in the mirror, asking yourself, “Who am I? What do I want to do in this world?” Sometimes, you feel frozen with fear and you can’t explain why.
…You’ve scored your first job after graduation and you should be thrilled, right? Except you keep having these nagging keep-you-up-at-night thoughts like, “Does my career choice align with my values, interests and goals? What if I just can’t hack it here?”
…After going to college in New York City, you’ve decided to relocate to Austin or Chicago or Los Angeles. What *should* be an exhilarating time when you’re introduced to new cultures, environments and perspectives, now leads you to question your own identity, values and sense of belonging.
…You’re entering (or ending) a long-term relationship… and among all the butterflies (or gremlins) in your gut, you’re rediscovering yourself in a whole new way. (“Who *is* this person I’ve been all my life?”) On the flip side, you’re experiencing the “always a bridesmaid, never a bride” syndrome, as everyone else couples up… and you wonder why you can’t find a decent S.O.
…You’ve just had a major life setback… you got passed over for a promotion or laid off… you’re facing a physical or mental health struggle… you’re struggling to pay your rent, car payment and basic bills, and you just “can’t even, anymore.”
…You’re the parent or guardian of a young adult facing these issues and literally can’t spend one more minute worrying about how to help them through the quagmire…
If you’re nodding your head to one or more of these scenarios, here’s an important question for you: Wouldn’t it be great to just “opt out” of all the drama and uncertainty that life challenges or transitions bring?

The secret to defining your life, instead of it defining you
Let’s be real: You don’t need (or even want) a fairytale genie in a bottle who’s going to grant your every wish and make your life super-uncomplicated…
You just want to confidently take control of your life, stop the cycle of poor decision-making and not spend the "best years of your young adulthood" chasing that type of freedom.
And at this point in your 20s, especially after graduating college, you feel like you’ve earned the right to put your phone on “airplane mode,” sit down for a decent meal, and spoil yourself with a long shower without mentally slogging through a never-ending to-do list.
“Self-care” shouldn’t be this mythical thing with no basis in your reality. “I have no time,” “I keep making the wrong decisions,” “I should know what I’m doing right now,” or worse, “I’m just not enough,” shouldn’t be the top four things you’re saying to yourself and others… as you navigate getting your first job… moving back in with your parents… moving to a new city… or even getting engaged.
And laying awake late at night wondering if you’re a failure… or that if you succeed, you’ll lose people in your life… should get replaced with happily achieving your goals, celebrating that you’ve learned how to bust through self-limiting beliefs and trust your intuition through even the most confusing times in your life.
But it’s not YOUR fault, and here’s why…
Over the years, you’ve been told lots of things that simply aren’t true. For example…

Questions your fellow Gen Zers and Millennials are asking before saying “yes” to Ignite Your Path!
Q. I want to do this, but I’m already spread wayyyy too thin. How much time will this take?
A. We hear you. We’ve also gone to bed and woken up snuggled next to iPhones. Skipped dinner. And felt like adding “one more thing” to a never-ending to-do list would tumble the precarious Jenga block stack that’s our life.
Gentle question, though: If you don’t have time to focus on yourself now, then when will you? Will you have more time when you’re feeling stuck, alone or emotionally overwhelmed?
But here’s the thing… what if you learned new skills to save yourself time and energy? Redefining the way you interact with *life* will save you time and give you peace of mind, for just a commitment of five one-hour sessions spaced out over two months. You’ll also need to dedicate time to implementing the strategies we’ll give you during each session. This is the easiest and most valuable way to invest your energy.
Q. I’m kind of embarrassed that someone has to tell me *how to adult.” I should just know this stuff, right?
A. How? How would you know any of this unless you face a challenging situation – and even then it’s hard to gain a perspective when you’re in the middle of it all. Leave your embarrassment at the door and take a powerful step forward to take charge of your young adult life.
Q. I’m already spending a boatload of money on tuition, rent, car payments, you name it. Why should I spend extra money for information that should be *common sense*?
A. Think about how much money you can waste when you're a student who doesn't really know who they are or what they want to do. It's like not having a clear picture of yourself or your future. This can lead to changing your major multiple times, which costs extra tuition and time. You might also have to move around a lot because of communication problems, adding to the expenses. And let's not forget failing courses and having to retake them, which is a waste of both money and time. It all comes down to not knowing how to manage your time effectively… and then learning new habits.
Q. So what do I get, and what does it cost?
A. You receive five interactive, power-packed 60-minute sessions at $125 per appointment. However, if you elect to pay in full, you’ll enjoy the discounted bundle price of $500. Compared to many other coaching programs out there, this is very affordable!
Q. How do I know if you’re the right coach for me before I sign up?
A. Good question! We can meet for a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a match – and if I think I can make a difference in your life right now.
Q. Do we have to meet in person?
A. Nope! We offer in-person, telephone or video sessions to match your availability and comfort level!

You’re ready to Ignite Your Path! if…
1. You’re a young adult, aged 18 to 30, who’s aware of certain issues you need to address… and wants to go into this process with an open mind… because your main focus is to improve certain areas of your life. If you feel like your parents are forcing you to do this, you might not be ready. Parents, if you want to sign your adult child up for this program, discuss the benefits with them, so they’re open to coaching. Otherwise, we’re wasting our time. (We’re all about real talk here.)
2. You’ve been hesitating to invest time and money on yourself, but you know that you need guidance to cut through the clutter of old stories and make way for a more aware version of yourself.
3. You’re brave enough to make TOUGH decisions: You’re willing to invest time, energy and resources to rock your 20s. It’s that willingness that got to today. But you’re also cautious (and busy), and need to know that a coaching program will work for you. Smart!
4. You’ve already invested in self-help and self-care activities: ebooks, podcasts, therapy or workshops… so you know what it’s about. You’re actively trying to face life in a new way, but would feel A LOT better knowing you were taking the right actions with as little wasted money, time and effort as possible.
5. You’ve had at least two (or more) moments in the last couple months where you’ve had a freakout over a situation you wished you approached more calmly like the confident young adult you WANT to be.
6. You’re excited about the fact that in two to three months from now, you WILL have a new perspective on life, powering your growth, and freeing you up to live from a place of purpose, vision and enthusiasm!
And finally… 7. You’re ready to take five sessions over two months to give the Ignite Your Path! a fair shot: We’re not looking for half-assed commitment, but as long as you’re willing to go “all in” for five weeks, we GUARANTEE you’ll see the visible momentum in your life and “why didn’t I do this sooner” excitement that powers you through whatever life throws at you.

If you checked off at least FOUR OF SEVEN items above, you owe it to yourself to try the Ignite Your Path! program.
By now, you probably already see that the biggest difference between hitting your confident stride in your 20s and popping Tums to deal with a constant case of stress-induced stomach burn (and burnout) comes down to… taking the time to Ignite Your Path!
…If you’re a young adult, aged 18 to 30, going through a transitional time, like starting your first job, moving across the country or getting engaged, and feeling overwhelmed… you need Ignite Your Path!
…If you’ve been hamster wheeling at school or work, feel stretched way too thin, and are tired of wondering why you can’t get your *bleep* together... you need Ignite Your Path!
…If you’ve woken up at least one morning this week in “panic mode” having to put out the fire for someone who didn’t do their job… you need Ignite Your Path! so...
If you’re ready, we look forward to coaching you to make this the start of the rest of your life!
